Become a Revival merchant
The Lake Garnett Grand Prix Revival is a unique, family-friendly celebration of vintage motorsport and mid-century culture, held each October at the historic Lake Garnett race course in Anderson County, Kansas. The event draws enthusiasts, families, and curious visitors from across the region to experience vintage sports car driving, classic cars, music, and period-inspired activities throughout the weekend.
Because the event takes place outdoors in a rural setting, attendance can vary depending on weather conditions. Fortunately, mid-October in Kansas is historically beautiful, and with the addition of Revival Row & increased promotion, we expect more than 5,000 attendees over the course of the weekend. That said, as with any outdoor event far from a major city center, we cannot guarantee specific attendance levels or vendor sales.
To help support and grow the experience, vendor booth space is being offered free of charge this year*, and electricity will be available for vendors who require it. We’re excited to welcome an enthusiastic group of vendors whose products, food, and craftsmanship will help bring the spirit of the Revival to life.
*Participation in Revival Row requires a $100 deposit, refundable after event. Because vendor space is limited and provided at no charge this year, this deposit helps us plan the layout responsibly and minimize last-minute cancellations.
With the addition of Revival Row & increased promotion, we expect more than 5,000 attendees over the course of the weekend.
Vendor Options
General Vendors
General vendor spaces on the Garnett downtown square are available for artisans, retailers, and organizations whose products or services complement the spirit of the event. General vendors may choose to set up in downtown Garnett, at the race circuit, or move between the two areas during the weekend, depending on their preference and setup style.
Each vendor will be provided a 10' × 10' booth space, and vendors should plan to bring their own canopy or tent, tables, and display materials. Modest electrical service will be available for those who require it. To help support participation and grow the event, booth space is being offered free of charge this year.
Food Vendors
Food vendors help fuel the weekend and keep guests lingering longer around the circuit. Food trucks and food trailers are welcome, offering a variety of casual fare for spectators, drivers, and families throughout the event.
Vendors should plan to operate using their own onboard power sources, as dedicated electrical hookups for trucks will not be available. To help create a lively and varied food offering for attendees, food vendor participation is being offered free of charge this year.
Revival Row Vendors
Revival Row is a curated vendor area designed to extend the immersive atmosphere of the Lake Garnett Grand Prix Revival. Participation requires application and approval, as we are thoughtfully shaping a mix of vendors that complements the character of the event.
Vendors may include merchants, craftspeople, makers, and select food or beverage vendors whose offerings align with the period-inspired setting.
Each approved vendor will receive an approximately 10′ × 10′ booth space and should plan to provide their own canopy or tent, tables, and display materials. Limited electrical service will be available.
Booth space is being offered at no charge for 2026. A refundable $100 space-reservation deposit is required to confirm participation and will be returned electronically within approximately 48 hours after the event.
