Revival Row is a curated vendor area designed to extend the immersive atmosphere of the Lake Garnett Grand Prix Revival. Participation is by application and approval to ensure a thoughtful mix of merchants, makers, and food or beverage vendors whose offerings complement the period-inspired character of the event.

This agreement outlines expectations for vendors participating in Revival Row.

1. Vendor Space

Approved vendors will receive approximately one 10′ × 10′ booth space within Revival Row.

Vendors are responsible for providing:

  • canopy or tent

  • tables and display fixtures

  • extension cords (if electricity requested)

  • any necessary weights or anchoring equipment


Limited shared electrical service will be available.

2. Booth Fee

Vendor booth space is being offered at no charge for the 2026 event.

Because vendor space is limited and Revival Row is a curated feature area, participation requires a refundable $100 space-reservation deposit after acceptance.

Deposit payment instructions will be provided upon vendor approval.

3. Deposit Terms

The $100 deposit:

  • confirms participation

  • reserves vendor space within Revival Row

  • supports responsible layout planning for this limited vendor area


Deposits will be returned electronically within approximately 48 hours after the event, provided participation expectations described in this agreement are met.

4. Deposit Forfeiture Conditions

The reservation deposit will be retained by the event organizers if:

  • the vendor withdraws after confirming participation and the space cannot reasonably be reassigned

  • the vendor does not arrive for scheduled setup

  • the vendor departs significantly before the close of public event hours without prior approval

  • the vendor fails to communicate cancellation in advance


These policies help ensure a complete and consistent experience for guests and fellow vendors within Revival Row.

5. Setup and Event Hours

Vendors agree to:

  • arrive during the assigned setup window

  • remain open during public event hours

  • maintain a staffed and presentable booth throughout participation


Specific setup timing details will be provided prior to the event.

6. Display and Merchandise Guidelines

Revival Row is designed as a family-friendly, period-inspired vintage village environment reflecting the spirit of mid-century motorsport culture.

Vendors agree that:

  • merchandise

  • booth presentation

  • signage and display materials

will be appropriate to the tone and character of the event.

Final participation approval remains at the discretion of event organizers.

7. Food and Beverage Vendors

Food and beverage vendors must:

  • comply with applicable local permits and regulations

  • provide any required licenses

  • supply their own equipment and power where necessary unless otherwise arranged in advance

8. Liability

Vendors are responsible for:

  • their property

  • booth setup

  • merchandise

  • equipment

  • insurance coverage if desired


The Lake Garnett Grand Prix Revival and its organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor materials.

9. Weather and Event Conditions

Revival Row is an outdoor event feature and will operate rain or shine, except in cases of severe weather or safety concerns. Deposits remain refundable only under the participation conditions described above unless the event itself is canceled.

10. Acceptance of Participation

Submission of an application does not guarantee participation.

Vendor space is confirmed only after:

  1. application approval

  2. deposit receipt

  3. written confirmation from event organizers

11. Organizer Discretion

Event organizers reserve the right to:

  • adjust vendor placement

  • modify layout as needed

  • decline participation

  • revoke participation if expectations outlined in this agreement are not met

This ensures Revival Row maintains a cohesive and welcoming experience for guests and participants.
